The flexibility of this module when combined with a scanner scale can handle the fastest paced fruit and vegetable operations as well as specialty retail stores .

 Reports

Powerful suite of ‘drill down’ & graphic reports, and bar code printing. Most reports can be run for any date or date range, and for any Store selection. The majority of reports have run-time options to consolidate store data into a single report and can also be exported in comma delimited format (e.g. “.csv”) for use in 3rd party applications or spreadsheets. Our Corporate Controller can access data for any number or combination of stores.

 QuickBooks Link or Built-In Accounting Module

For most of your transactions POSperfect II will make the entries automatically. A double entry system is used. This requires that every debit amount entered into a journal must have a corresponding credit entry or entries with a total equal to the debit amount.
